Reformed Investment Banker, Bill Vlaad has spent years in the finance industry.

He was fired (twice) and studied the recruitment and hiring process from the inside. How does it all work? How much does fit matter? (Spoiler alert: a great deal.)

Bill enjoyed thinking about the world of hiring so much he went to the drawing board – which also doubled as a kitchen table – where Vlaad and Company was born. Today, Bill leads a dedicated team specializing in the recruitment and placement of finance professionals.
